Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
By using Colorado Water Heater Unit (this "site"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site is a referral service. It connects homeowners in Colorado with independent, third-party water heater technicians and plumbing professionals for repair, replacement and installation work. Colorado Water Heater Unit does not itself perform any repair, replacement or installation work, and does not employ the technicians it refers you to.
No warranty on referred work
Because the actual service work is performed by independent contractors, Colorado Water Heater Unit makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, timeliness or outcome of any work performed. Any warranty on workmanship or parts is between you and the contractor who performed the work, per that contractor's own terms.
Informational content
City, service and general informational pages on this site (covering topics like elevation, water hardness, and seasonal considerations) are provided for general educational purposes. They are not a substitute for an in-person diagnosis by a licensed technician, and they don't account for the specific condition of your unit or property. If you smell gas or suspect an active safety issue, leave the area and contact your gas utility or emergency services immediately rather than relying on anything read here.
No guaranteed availability
Calls are answered 24/7, and independent contractors in the network cover nights, weekends and holidays. Availability and response times still vary by area, by each contractor's current schedule and by the nature of the job, so a specific arrival time is never guaranteed by calling this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado Water Heater Unit is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by a referred contractor, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss connected to that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
